Our Approach
Our Approach
Lasting change must be community-owned.

We follow a simple three-step model :

Listen – Understand local realities and power structures.

Equip – Provide knowledge, skills, and institutional support.

Elevate – Strengthen local leadership so change continues beyond the project cycle.

Our role is not to replace systems β€” it is to strengthen them.

At PAHAL, change begins with a first step.

And for thousands of families, that first step has already begun.

What we do:
  • Empower: Specialized support and counseling for survivors of domestic violence.
  • Educate: Training the next generation of social workers through elite internships.
  • Evolve: Improving community health and nutrition through capacity building.
