of gender sensitivity to the grassroots of Madhya Pradesh through meaningful cross-cultural exchange.\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\nThe Norec Exchange is a flagship global partnership between Pahal and the Norwegian Agency for Exchange Cooperation (Norec), supported by the Norwegian Embassy.\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\nThis initiative strengthens international cooperation by connecting young leaders from India, Bangladesh, and Cambodia.\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<h6>How the Exchange Works<\/h6>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\nUnder this program:\n<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-style-02 alt-font font-weight-500 text-small text-uppercase text-extra-dark-gray\">\n<li class=\"padding-15px-bottom border-bottom border-color-medium-gray\">\n        <i class=\"feather icon-feather-check text-large text-gradient-sky-blue-pink margin-10px-right\"><\/i>Young professionals spend one full year in a partner country.\n    <\/li>\n<li class=\"padding-15px-bottom\">\n        <i class=\"feather icon-feather-check text-large text-gradient-sky-blue-pink margin-10px-right\"><\/i>They also participate in two one-week training programs in another country, conducted by Norec \u2014 one before departure and one after completion.\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">\nThis \u201cMutual Exchange\u201d model enables participants to:\n<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-style-02 alt-font
